•Air, electrical and hydraulic service lines are housed inside central spine(s) in an engery chain





Manual override steering
Electric hydraulic override steering system, to allow the axle to steer independently of the tractor unit, by means of buttons

Tele-control
A wireless remote control for the override system is provided. Function via GSM/Dect.
A 35 mm2 cable between truck and trailer for use of any electrical power supply, with 2 nato connectors

Installation

Finish and Preservation
After the chassis assembly, the support brackets for valves, air tanks and pipes and wiring runs are fitted. The complete chassis is then shot blasted and immediately painted in a high built primer and finished in two compound truck coating with a minimum thickness of 70/80 mu. The final fitting of all the components is carried out after the chassis has been through the preservation process

Metal spray
The trailer chassis is shot blasted and metal sprayed as protective coating prior to painting

Color
Finished in red RAL 302
